    Lost Property Guide

    If you think you have lost something on a Citylink coach, please complete the form below. Please note, your data will be sent to our lost property service providers, NotLost, to help locate your item. This information will only be used to help get your property back to you - nothing else. We charge a €5 handling fee which covers the recovery, logging, and storage of your item.

    If we find your item, we will contact you to inform you and you can then collect from our Galway or Cork office at the times strictly set out for collection below. Alternatively we are happy to offer a courier / postage service, the cost of which will be payable by you. Please read the terms & conditions at the bottom of this section for more information.

    Galway office collection hours:

    • Mon: 10:00 - 16:00
    • Tue: 09:00 - 16:00
    • Wed: 10:00 - 16:00
    • Thu: 09:00 - 16:00
    • Fri: 09:00 - 16:00
    • Sat: 10:00 - 16:00
    • Sun: 10:00 - 16:00
    • Bank Holidays (Fri-Mon): CLOSED

    Cork Office collection hours (located in Cobh Connect office) – Please note the office closes for half an hour every hour to assist with bus loading

    • Mon – Sat: 14:00 – 14:30, 15:00 – 15:30, 16:00 – 16:30
    • Sun: CLOSED
    • Bank Holidays (Fri-Mon): CLOSED

    Please note:

    • Please bring photo identification with you when collecting (Passport, Driver's License, Public Services Card etc).
    • We do not offer item collection on Bank Holiday weekends Fri-Mon inclusive.
    • Any unclaimed items of low value will be retained for two weeks and thereafter provided to a charity if appropriate.
    • Any unclaimed items of higher value, including cash, will be held for one month. Following this items of high value will be donated to a nominated charity chosen annually by Citylink.
    • We cannot hold perishable items.
    • Due to limited storage, items marked for collection will be held for 10 days only.
